Newborn Baby Photography Shoot - Barnes

I had been contacted by baby Leo's father shortly after his birth and we managed to fit a newborn baby photography session in the next day, as I was waiting for a number of other babies to yet make their big arrival into the world so had a free day.

I arrived at their house and Leo had just been fed. We started the session with Leo on a lovely soft, grey blanket and swaddled in a blue wrap.

We then set up a wooden floor background and placed Leo in a basket on a cream, wool plait. As usual, I am not putting the naked photos on the website here.

We then got a large cream rug, placing Leo in a basket that was positioned under the rug, making a nice, cosy hole for him. A cheesecloth wrap covered his nappy that we thought might be needed soon!

With Leo awake it was time to get a range of family photos.
