I met this family with their two year old daughter at Kenwood House in Hampstead - a beautiful location for family photography.

Like most toddlers, this little girl knew her own mind and we had lots of fun playing around the trees, discovering mini beasts and exploring the gardens of this classic London stately home.

The light was absolutely beautiful with the rich autumn colours forming a wonderful backdrop to the photographs.

This is such a fun age to photograph little children. You may not get what you plan, but they have such wonderful, curious minds and I believe it is best to let them lead the session - much more fun!
