Baby & Family Photo Shoot - Wimbledon

It was another beautiful day when I went over to Susan and Paulo's home in Wimbledon for a baby and family photography shoot.

Susan had got some wonderful little outfits for their little three month old baby boy, Leo. It was a very hot, summer's day, so we decided take the photos of him in his little bow tie and suit before the day got any hotter. Leo was so well behaved. We got some lovely shots of him lying on the sofa and some photos with his mummy and daddy for some family portraits.

Leo was starting to get hungry, so it was time for a feeding break. Susan was keen to have some photographs of her breast feeding, so we got some lovely tender moments of her feeding Leo. It was so touching the way she held little Leo's hand when feeding him, a lovely little close up detail photo moment.

Leo had his nappy changed and simply had a kick about on his mat, we got some beautiful head shots of him smiling at his daddy and waving his arms around. Another top up of milk and Leo was ready for a good sleep which was to give us the opportunity to photograph him lying on a thick, chunky blanket laid out on his parents bed. He slept well and we got a whole range of stunning photographs of him there - full length photos, close up details of his feet, photos with mummy and daddy kissing him, pictures of him with little toys and personal items that he had in the first few days of his life at hospital (Leo was born at 35 weeks and stayed a few days in the hospital).

When Leo woke up we got a few more photos of him at their home before we headed outside. The family lived just opposite Wimbledon Common - a perfect place to get a few more family photos under the trees (such as the one above) before ending the photo session.
