Newborn Baby & Family Photo Shoot - Furzedown

I came round to the house of this lovely family... well, the grand parents house, as the family normally live out in Dubai, but came back to the UK for the birth of their second child for the family support.

Newborn baby, Rohaan, was being fed when I arrived and his big brother came to greet me as I set up an area for the photos on a double bed.

Once Rohaan had been fed we set up for some naked newborn photos (as usual, I do not show naked photos of babies on my website) of him on a thick, chunky blanket. He was awake, but so calm and gradually went to sleep.

Once we had got some lovely photos of him, we also then got some beautiful photos of Rohaan with mummy and then daddy - I particularly love the photos of his daddy cuddling his baby son.

We then got Rohaan's big brother in.

Rohaan then woke up, so we got some more family group portrait photographs. It was wonderful to capture a big brother's tenderness and excitement towards the newborn baby (see also the photo at the top of this blog post).

We got a whole selection of natural photos of this family enjoying the arrival of their little baby, including close up details.
