"Elli-Anne - One year Old" Fine Art Photo Album

I did the photography shoot on Elli-Anne's first birthday back in December. It was a wonderful day that her mother had prepared for well in advance. The result of her meticulous planning resulted in a fabulous and varied collection of photographs that was perfect to be printed up into a photo album that Elli-Anne will be able to enjoy for years to come.

The photography shoot began at their home in Pimlico. Youlia, Elli-Anne's mother, had a whole selection of different, stunning outfits and props waiting for this young, beautiful girl. We moved between their bedroom and sitting room to take photographs of Elli-Anne by herself and also with her mother and father. We then moved onto their balcony which had a fantastic view over Battersea Power Station. Before having a light lunch, Elli-Anne was photographed with her beautiful birthday cake which was covered in butterflies and flowers.

After lunch, Elli-Anne was wrapped up warmly and she had the chance for a well-earned nap as we walked down to Battersea Park before the next stage of the photo shoot. It was a beautiful, sunny winter's day and the autumn leaves were still scattered about the ground. Like many of London's parks, Battersea Park, is a great location for children's and family photography shoots - the Pagoda, the band stand, the wonderful trees and views, as well as the playground and zoo which have all been used in various family photo shoots that I have done.

The layouts for the album were prepared with Youlia and really captured the fun of Elli-Anne's first birthday - a milestone for any parent!

Once the layouts were complete, they were sent off to Folio Albums, who make some of the finest handmade photo albums. Youlia chose to have a cream, leather cover with "Elli-Anne - One Year Old" debossed on the cover. Each album comes in it's own bag with a box to keep it protected.
