Newborn Baby & Family Photography Shoot - Forest Hill

Only a few weeks earlier I had been to do the maternity photo shoot for this lovely family in Forest Hill. Their little baby, David, was absolutely gorgeous (how often do I say that? But little babies are simply adorable!).

When I arrived we started by simply getting a few natural photos of David on his mummy's lap.

Sian, thought he might be sleepy, so we got out the white noise, swaddled David up and in no time his eyes were closing and we were able to get some beautiful photos of him sleeping on a bed (including the photo at the top of this blog post).

Always reluctant to move a sleeping baby too much, I often find this is a good time to get mummy and daddy in too for some family photos, as well as some close up details.

David then woke and we got some photos of him against a black background to match with ones we had taken during the bump photo shoot.
