Newborn Baby Photography Shoot - wimbledon

I had done the pregnancy photography for Jamie a few weeks earlier, so it is always exciting to meet that little baby when he/she has arrived.

We started the session on a big double bed with baby Charlotte, mummy, daddy and big brother, Henry (3 years old). Henry quickly joined in with playing 'where's Charlotte's nose?" game and we were soon getting some really lovely photos of Henry kissing his new sister.

As Charlotte was asleep we were able to get some sleepy photos of her as well as some close up details.

Charlotte then awoke and was given a feed before we placed her in a basket with a gorgeous floral filler. Although she didn't go off to sleep, we got some beautiful photos of her (including the photo at the top of this blog post).

We then put her onto a purple, wool blanket wrapped in a white, family blanket.
