Newborn Baby Photographer - Ealing

When I first spoke to Lisa, mother to baby Isla, she was keen to get some cute, sleeping baby photos of her little girl.

I arrived at their family house in Ealing and it didn't take long before Isla was sleeping on a grey blanket we had laid out for her. She was covered in an aquamarine, mohair wrap with a sweet matching headband (Lisa wanted to avoid having too much pink, but this look was still so feminine and pretty).

Lisa had also been keen to get a shot of her little girl holding her head in her hands (froggy pose). This is a position that must always been done with great care as babies are too young to hold their own heads - the baby must be supported at all times throughout and the image then edited. Isla slept soundly throughout wearing a gorgeous little floral bonnet.

Isla easily transferred over to a white fur rug we had and continued to sleep as we got more photos of this adorable baby girl (including the photo at the top of this photo blog post)!

After a little feed, this incredible girl was ready for the next set up. I had shown her parents a few options and they chose to go for a bucket shot with creamy, natural colours. OK, I really can't promise that all babies sleep as well as this!

We then used the same cream background for some family photos, quickly grabbing a photo of Isla's feet beforehand as mummy changed her top.
