Newborn Baby Photographer - Battersea

It is such an honour to witness the love and joy that new parents have for their newborn baby. Any parent of a new baby understands how hard it is to take your eyes off your little treasure when they arrive, as you soak in every detail of their face, their fingers, their toes and each expression they make.

I had met this lovely couple, and their gorgeous dog, a few weeks before the birth of baby Alexander when I did the maternity photo shoot.

We began the session with Alexander lying on a bed, letting us capture some beautiful photos of him, lots of those little details I mentioned above and some family photos, including their lovely whippet.

Having woken up and had a feed we could get some more family portraits, this time in the nursery.
