Maternity Photographer - Southwark Park & Shad Thames

I love a winter's day for outdoor photography. A maternity session can also really maximise on this. It was a frosty and very foggy morning when I met this lovely couple to do their maternity photo shoot at Southwark Park. The fog really added to the atmosphere of the photos, softening the pictures giving a beautiful image.

We began the session in the ornamental gardens where the frost hung onto the grassy read heads.

We then headed towards the Thames River where the fog was particularly heavy. I love Shad Thames - it makes such a great London backdrop with the walkways between the, now restored, warehouses.
