Children's & Family Photographer - The Rookery, Streatham Common

I met this family by The Rookery on Streatham Common, where we had decided to do the family photo shoot with their fifteen month old toddler. It was a beautiful, spring day and the sun was shining brightly among the stunning foliage of the gardens at The Rookery.

With children of this age photo shoots are always fun, they very much know what they do, or don't want to do and they lead the session. We had lots of fun climbing the steps, grabbing the branches of the trees, blowing bubbles, singing songs and exploring the park. You could really see the warmth in this family and the fun that they had together and I just loved the way they would often bring their heads together for a family kiss - even if daddy's face would then be obscured from the view of the camera lens!
