Cake Smash & First Birthday Photo Shoot - Mitcham

I had done the newborn session for this little boy. He was now a year old and his parents wanted to arrange a photo shoot, including a cake smash, to celebrate him turning one.

We started with the cake smash. I brought along a cake, supplied by the wonderful Cake Junkies. We set up a background with lots of fake ivy and a banner that had been used at his birthday party. I just loved it when he knocked the cake off the wooden base.

It was then bath tub time.

Before a few more classic family portraits.

He was starting to get very tired as we headed out to nearby Mitcham Common to get a few photos with some balloons.

And some last family photos cuddling up with mummy and daddy.
